[Abstract] Objective To Analyze the changes of serum immunoglobulin levels for hepatitis B patients and its clinical significance. Methods 60 cases of patients with hepatitis B， accepted in our hospital from August 2013 to June 2014， were selected， and were divided into general group and severe group， according to their condition， and 40 normal healthy blood donors in the same period， were selected as control group. Subjects’ serum immunoglobulin levels were determined by immunonephelometry.
